Parents of children aged 3–12 will find this most relevant, though the strategies have broader application.
Anyone caring for a child aged 3–13 who is struggling with emotional meltdowns — parents, grandparents, caregivers.
The content isn't specific to neurodivergent children, but it is presented as neuro-affirming. All strategies can be adapted to support neurodivergence.
